You may be here because

You keep restarting

You know roughly what to do. You just stop after a few weeks when life takes over.

Gyms feel intimidating

You want to learn the fundamentals without feeling judged, rushed, or pushed too hard on day one.

Your schedule is full

You need a plan that fits work and life, not one that demands you build a new life around it.

You're doing it alone

You're more consistent when someone genuinely expects you to show up.

You are not starting from zero. You are starting from experience, and we will build from there.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Dylan.

I coach because I know what it feels like to start over, more than once. I've been through my own transformation, worked back from injury, and learned the hard way that progress you can keep comes from realistic plans, not punishing ones.

My job isn't to hand you a workout. It's to listen first, build a plan your life can actually support, and stay in your corner when motivation dips.

Consistency over intensity. Every program I write is built on that line, because it's the only approach that ever worked for me.

"He will listen to me, create a plan I can follow, and stay involved when motivation drops."

Client stories

What consistency actually looks like

Two clients, two completely different starting points and timelines. Neither of them did anything extraordinary. They turned up, followed the plan, and told me when something was not working.

John

From nervous to at home in the gym

Starting point: Had trained before, but not in well over a decade. Enough time away that walking back into a gym felt like starting from nothing.

The plan: Three months of coached sessions rebuilding the basic compound lifts from the ground up, with accessory work added as his technique held up under load.

Twelve weeks later: Stronger, carrying more muscle, and training on his own as a gym member who knows how to follow a structured plan. That last part was always the goal.

Robin

233lb to 193lb, and still building

Starting point: 233lb, ready to commit to something longer than a quick fix.

The plan: Hypertrophy training paired with nutrition guidance, and the mindset to hold the line on both when it stopped being novel.

Six months later: Down 40lb to 193lb. He is now focused on building lean muscle and shedding what is left.

Shared with client permission. Individual results vary based on starting point, consistency, and circumstances outside training.

What coaching looks like the other 165 hours a week

Your program, habits, check-ins, and messaging live in the Trainerize app, the same platform used by coaches worldwide. You'll see exactly what to do each day, log your workouts, track progress photos and measurements if you choose to, and message me directly. If nutrition tracking is part of your plan, Trainerize connects with MyFitnessPal to sync your food diary automatically.

The app is the infrastructure. The coaching, the plan, the adjustments, the accountability, is all me.

FAQ

Pricing depends on the path you choose (online, hybrid, or in-person) and your commitment length. We go through exact numbers on your free Fit Call. No surprises, and you'll never be pushed into the most expensive option.

Beginners and restarters are exactly who this coaching is built for. Your plan starts from where you are, not from where a fitness account on Instagram thinks you should be.

In-person and hybrid sessions run out of Parkview Athletics in Toronto. Full details are shared once you book.

Often, yes. Programs are built around your history and screened up front. I train within my professional scope and refer you to a medical professional when something needs clinical attention.

Yes, practical nutrition coaching within my certification scope: realistic targets, food tracking support, and habit-building. Not crash diets, and not medical nutrition therapy. Clinical needs are referred to the right professionals. See a sample nutrition plan.

No. Your program is built for whatever you have: a full gym, a home setup, or just bodyweight and bands.

Customized coaching works best with a 12-week minimum, with fair pause and cancellation terms for when life genuinely gets in the way. Everything is in writing before you pay.
